Parallel Employment Group is Hiring a Mold Press Operator Near Wyoming, NY
As a Mold Press Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used in the manufacturing process. You'll work with a team to ensure the quality and efficiency of production, using your skills to troubleshoot and optimize equipment and processes. You'll be an integral part of Parallel Employment Group's commitment to quality service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery used in the molding process
- Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot and optimize equipment and processes to reduce production downtime
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Assist with other processes as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with mold press operating experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Temp-to-Hire
