Machinist Supervisor Details
Shift : 2nd shift
Location : Oak Creek, WI.
Salary : $50-70k

3-7 years in a Machinist Supervisory role
Train new and current employees
Complete corrective
Monitor manufacturing work in process to ensure we are meeting the needs of the customer.
Assist in troubleshooting and fixing processes.
Interview and train new employees
Coordinate activities related to people, safety, production machines and other equipment.
Troubleshoot and report non-conformance, production, and safety issues.
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
People management skills
Strong manufacturing and machining background
Walk and Stand for the entire shift.
Strong communication skills with the ability to complete reports and procedures.
