- Plan next day shipments and schedule dock times
- Filing of; AM shipment planners, Customer profiles, Trucker inspection sheets, inbound and outbound audits, daily delivery receipts, freight costs and all other shipping related documentation
- Process slips with accounting
- Advance shipping notices
- Data Entry, maintaining our digital database
- Giving late updates
- Tracking inbound deliveries
- Reconciling inbound product what's on Bol vs what is off-loaded
- Being initial point of contact for inbound and outbound carrier drivers. Scheduling
Pay: $20-$21/HR
Job: Temp to Hire

Requirements
- Must have 2 years of related experience
- Very good communication skills
- Must have computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Highly self-motivated
- Able to adapt to change and accept new responsibilities as needed
