Job Description and Duties:
- Provide an excellent client experience for clients through various touchpoints
- Client records maintenance and retention
- Financial data entry
- Attend meetings to assist with data gathering
- Assist in preparing account reviews and investment proposals
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations as needed
- Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items
- Regularly communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Service existing client accounts
- Support Ops team with client onboarding, new business, and ongoing service
- Financial services experience preferred but not required
- Ability to cultivate a fantastic client experience
- Working knowledge in Advisor360 or other CRM
- Strong oral and written communication skills
