DUTIES

• Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans
• Oversee subcontractor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, for all project activities
• Coordinate with the Project Management team to perform 811 locate ticket orders for projects as well as independently coordinate obtaining access to easements thereafter

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• 3 years experience in construction trades; fiber optic related preferred
• Previous supervision experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management
• Grit and tenacity required
