Addison Group is partnered with an energy consulting company that is looking to add a strong FP&A individual to their team. This position offers a lot of upside because the company is experiencing tremendous growth organically and through acquisitions. The position reports directly to the Director of Finance so there will be alot of exposure to upper management including the CFO. Here are a few things that will make a person successful in the role:
- Strong Excel modeling skills (3-Statement Modeling is a major plus)
- Handling KPIs
- Monthly & quarterly financial reports
- Ad-hoc reporting & analysis
- Analyzing financial data to give timely recommendations
- Accounting or Finance Degree
- 2-3 years of experience
