Duties:

• Greet and check in patients.
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the calendar
• Update and maintain patient records including medical histories
• Assist in patient examinations and treatments; perform various patient therapies
• Keep the office and treatment areas tidy and organized
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Manage phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks

Experience:

• Preferably experienced in a medical or chiropractic office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Skilled in scheduling, data entry, and record management
• Familiar with HIPAA and privacy practices
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellent patient care
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
