At Paragon Business Services we are looking for experienced part-time independent contractor to perform property inspections for insurance companies within specific counties across the state of Virginia.

Inspections require taking photos and measurements of properties, along with filling out a report on the property.

Independent contractors are required to schedule their own inspection appointments with the insured.

Requirements

1. Must have a reliable mode of transportation (car)

2. Access to your own personal computer / camera / measuring wheel

3. Must have a GED or High School diploma

4. Previous experience with insurance property inspections preferred

5. Resume with references

Payment is per report and can range from $3.50 to $26.00 depending on the request of the insurance company.

Applicants are required to submit to a background check and register for an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
