Paradyme is hiring for a PeopleSoft Development Functional Analyst to join our ongoing support of a large-scale, globally-deployed HR system for a federal customer.

An Active SECRET clearance or higher is reguired for consideration.

This position currently works 100% REMOTE.

Responsibilities

Paradyme is looking to hire a PeopleSoft Technical/Functional Analyst for a full-time position supporting the development, maintenance, and sustainment of a Globally Deployed PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System. The PeopleSoft Technical/Functional Analyst will provide new design/development and production support for Global PeopleSoft HCM 9.2/PeopleTools 8.59. The PeopleSoft Technical/Functional Analyst will provide the ability to analyze and provide root cause analysis for defects. Provide resolution, test solution, and regression test system impact. Provide updates to the customer on resolution status. Update system documentation and provide input to update Training materials. Coordinate resolution and input with the Communications and Deployment Team.

• Responsible for creating new User Stories for new functionality requested by Product Owner
• Experience with PeopleSoft in all the following areas:
• Global Assignments
• Core HCM Product using Position Management
• Job Profile Management
• Base Benefits
• Person Model Knowledge
• IB/CI/messaging/workflow
• Row level security
• Integrations and Interfaces
• Provide root cause analysis and resolution.
• Maps requirements to test scripts and validates not only documented requirements but validates current functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios.
• Works closely with other functional and technical resources to map functional design to technical design.
• Evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft-delivered functionality.
• Identifies required customizations to PeopleSoft HCM to meet business requirements.
• Documents business processes and requirements
• System and regression testing
• Meets with users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define and document business requirements.
• Investigates/researches Federal processing requirements, standards, and regulations
• Translates end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations and/or customizations.

 Qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, or Communications)
• 3 years Peoplesoft HCM 9.2
• 2 years PeopleTools 8.57
• 3 years as a Peoplesoft Technical/Functional Analyst

 Clearance Requirement:

• Active Secret is required.
