Responsibilities

Paradyme Management is looking to add a dynamic and resourceful Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Individuals with staffing agency experience and those with federal government contract sourcing/recruiting experience are encouraged to apply. The candidate selected will support our growth in serving our federal government customers.

Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with internal teams and recruitment leads to support company-wide growth efforts.
  • Effectively source qualified candidates, conduct thorough phone screens and schedule candidates for hiring manager interviews.
  • Source technical candidates for Funded, Proposal, and Pipeline requisitions.
  • Contribute to and execute our recruitment strategy to using online sourcing tools, job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channels, strategic sourcing, and creating talent pipelines.
  • Use professional media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other creative means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Effectively use and navigate our vastly populated database of applicants (applicant tracking system).
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

Required Experience:

  • Ideally 2 - 6 years of sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS system (iCIMS preferred).
  • Experience sourcing and/or recruiting for technical skill sets in a staffing agency or federal government contract environment.
  • Ability to present our employment brand and build relationships with all stakeholders including current and future candidates.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycle, and software development environments, with experience and the ability to understand job requirements pertaining to IT and software development.
  • Experience recruiting candidates with federal security clearances - Secret, Top Secret, TS SCI with CI and FS Polygraphs, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail pertaining to the applicant and candidate life cycle of requisition in-take, sourcing, phone screening, and candidate follow-up/engagement.
  • Time management skills and understanding of priorities when focused on multiple requisitions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience recruiting military personnel transitioning to civilian careers.

Physical Requirements: These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.

  • Sedentary work.
    • Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.
    • May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.
    • Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.
  • Hearing, speaking, and vision: Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  • Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times.
