FSQA Food Production Facility is looking for Maintenance Manager:

• Performing proper preventive maintenance using approved, safe techniques;
• Ensuring equipment is ready for production start-up;
• Repairing worn out or damaged equipment and responding to all equipment malfunctions;
• Perform needed equipment modification and fabrication;
• Assist production, sanitation, and other support groups when needed;
• Implementation of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, SQF and solid GMP practices;
• Enforcement of work safety program;
• Development and implementation of innovations to improve efficiency, safety, up-time and reduce maintenance costs;
• Ensuring timely lubrication of the equipment as per required schedule;
• Ensuring that equipment is being properly maintained;
• Ensuring that equipment does not exceed downtime standards;
• Ensuring preventive maintenance is being performed on all production machines;
• Supervision of assigned Work Orders for maintenance;
• Submitting daily pass downs;
• Performing weekly visual management audits;
• Communicating with production supervisors on machines status;
• Working with QA to investigate any machine related quality issues;
• Proper training of new and current employees;
• Ensuring spare parts availability and control;
• Enforcing 5S within the maintenance department;
• Management of the maintenance shop to ensure it is cleaned, organized and safe;
• Maintaining a proactive approach to identify and resolve potential problems;
• Performing building maintenance and repairs as needed for efficient production workflow;
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
