Paradise Valley United Methodist Church is a vibrant faith community of over 1,000 members in Paradise Valley, Arizona. PV is an affirming community of faith in which people can experience God's Love in Action. We affirm all people in this shared journey of life and faith, regardless of age, ability, economic standing, color, race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, politics, theology or anything else that might be used to separate. With two worship services each Sunday and dozens of classes, small groups, and mission opportunities each week, we want to continue to build from our success and radically grow in the coming years. We are looking for a person who will lead us in unifying and elevating our media ministry to the highest level as part of making this church a nationally visible location for worship and discipleship.
Reports To: Executive Pastor or her/his designated representative
Description: Part-time (25 hours/week)
The overarching task of all staff persons is the shaping of their area in the life of the congregation toward fulfilling the purpose of the church: Affirming people and shaping disciples.
Therefore, the job of the Media Ministry Administrator begins with holding as sacred the people and work of the congregation through proper management and upkeep of our growing media ministries tools and digital outputs.
