What We Are Looking For:

Paradise Rental Group is looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with an eye for design and a strong interest in hospitality to join us as a Vacation Rental Quality Assurance Manager. In this important role, you will ensure that our luxury vacation rentals adhere to local regulations and safety standards while maintaining exceptional levels of guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee property inspections, coordinate the guest experience, and utilize your interior design expertise to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our rental properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the quality assurance process for vacation rentals by ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify cleanliness, maintenance, and design standards, document findings, and promptly address any issues.
• Use custom inspection apps to streamline the inspection process and report issues promptly to the management team.
• Perform follow-up inspections to verify that reported issues have been addressed satisfactorily and maintain accurate records of inspections.
• Coordinate with the Field Team to implement necessary maintenance and improvements based on inspection findings and guest feedback.
• Manage the guest experience by effectively communicating with guests, cleaners, maintenance staff, and vendors.
• Be available most Fridays and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm to accommodate guest check-ins and check-outs.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, interior design, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness, maintenance, and design standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform minor “quick fixes” while on property.
• Experience managing Airbnb and VRBO rental listings is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional hospitality, interior design, or property management education or certifications are advantageous.
