We are committed to providing the highest quality care to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being. We seek a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the lives of our residents by providing essential care, support, and companionship. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide attentive and personalized care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  • Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, including light housekeeping duties.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed and ensure residents follow their medication schedules.
  • Companionship: Foster a warm and friendly atmosphere, engaging with residents through conversation and activities.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of daily care activities, resident observations, and any changes in their condition.

Qualifications:

  • Mature and responsible individual with a genuine passion for caregiving.
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to undergo free Certified Medication Technician (CMT) training if not already certified.
  • The ability to live on site /on premise 5 days a week .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy for the elderly and those in need of care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
