We are now seeking individuals who either have prior experience with all things asphalt, sealcoat, and Concrete for our seasonal work (March through December). We have multiple laborer positions open on various crews. These individuals need to possess the ability to receive direction as well as provide input as needed. Problem solving and effective teamwork is critical. This is a full-time position 6-7 days a week, and overtime (OT pay over 40 hours) is required during peak season. All work is in Kansas or Missouri - no overnight travel. Pay is dependent on prior work experience.

• This includes restocking and taking care of trucks and equipment each day.

Asphalt or Sealcoat Team Duties:

• Be a part of the team. Provide a hand in all areas of the job and help coach less experienced team members.
• Loading, unloading, securing and transporting equipment.
• Offer service and customer assistance on the job site when necessary.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment, while holding yourself and others accountable to high safety standards.
• Share knowledge of equipment and train others on job specifics.
• Customer focused, working with efficiency while maintaining quality to deliver results for the customer on every job.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative to help produce quality results while being goal-oriented

Required License or Certification

• Driver’s License (Class E preferred or willing to obtain)
