Paradise Pavement Maintenance is a small business in Grandview, MO. We are collaborative, fast-paced and challenging.

We are now seeking individuals who either have prior experience with all things asphalt, sealcoat, and Concrete for our seasonal work (March through December). We have multiple laborer positions open on various crews. These individuals need to possess the ability to receive direction as well as provide input as needed. Problem solving and effective teamwork is critical. This is a full-time position 6-7 days a week, and overtime (OT pay over 40 hours) is required during peak season. All work is in Kansas or Missouri - no overnight travel. Pay is dependent on prior work experience.
This is a great opportunity to learn and be trained on how to operate various pieces of equipment and better yourself (more $) and the company along the way.
