ROLE:

Paradise Jets, a growing luxury aviation company based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a PHONE OPERATOR to support the office in the answering and managing of inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will be systems-driven, service-focused, detail-oriented, possessing a competitive spirit with exceptional, outgoing people skills, and willing to be an integral part in helping us create a high-class first impression.

You should easily handle variety in your work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and manage rapid changes in itineraries with ease. You must demonstrate a great deal of flexibility, mental stamina, and positivity with disruptions and/or shifting priorities as unpredictable, unforeseen circumstances and changes occur.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in phone operation and receptionist duties.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• You must pass a background and drug/alcohol test.
