Compensation

● Target range (salary commission override bonuses) $180,000 - $300,000

● Base salary

● Commission on personal sales

● Showroom override

● Quarterly Bonuses

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Ability to recruit, hire, and train a team of sales associates
• Generate sales
• Enforce proven processes

· Full responsibility for showroom

· Set goals for each sales associate

· Manage showroom budget

Qualifications/Skills

● Strong Communication Skills

● Good leadership and motivational skills

● Ability to build, develop, and train a successful sales team

● Ability to develop budgets and goals for sales reps

Experience Requirements

● Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience or equivalent

● Three years of sales experience

● Outstanding record of sales accomplishments
