We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing construction projects and preparing accurate cost estimates.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates

- Collaborate with construction project manager to understand project requirements

- Develop detailed cost proposals and bid packages

- Ensure that all estimates comply with building codes

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management

- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and costs accurately

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
