Paradise Christian School is Hiring a School Handyman/Lead Maintenance (FT) Near Hialeah, FL

This position is for general maintenance of the property and building.
Paradise Christian School is proud to be serving our community for 42 years. Come join our Paradise family.
This includes landscaping, cleaning, disinfecting, blowing the yard, pressure cleaning, painting, minor repairs, moving furniture, preparing playground equipment, basic plumbing, general handyman repairs, etc.
Must Read/ Speak at a minimum basic English- Manuals and Instructions come in English and must be able to fill out reports in English.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of how to use tools.
Must have knowledge of general maintenance.
Must be organized and maintain the work environment clean.
Must be able to pass level 5 FDLE background screening.
Must be able to comply with DCF Childcare requirements.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to follow CDC and Health Department requirements.
Have a great positive disposition to work as a team.
Be able to work around children and follow safety precautions.
Schedule is varied, and must be flexible with working hours.
Working schedule is Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 9:00am-6:00pm and Thursdays from 12:00-9:00pm.
