The Warehouse Supervisor of PARADIGM is responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving activities of the warehouse. This position requires having strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of logistics and inventory, and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP 

The Shipping & Receiving Lead shall report directly to the Purchasing/Shipping & Receiving Manager of PARADIGM. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure that shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transport in accordance with company and regulatory standards. 
• Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify the quantity against shipping and packing slips. 
• Responsible for keeping warehouse organized by keeping the warehouse and workspace clean and organized, packing products away and updating the warehouse computer system to register items. 
• Record all received and shipped items in the computer/ERP system. 
• Responsible for labeling different locations and inventory counts. 
• Prepare items for shipping, item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details. 
• Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise. 
• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. 
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions. 
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. 
• Follow all safety regulations and warehouse protocols. 
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management of PARADIGM. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Dexterity and attention to detail is a MUST 
• Proven experience as a Material Handler, Shipping/Receiving Lead or similar position. 
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Shipping/Receiving Lead in a manufacturing.
• Familiarity with JobBOSS2 is a plus.
• Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds. 
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) 
• Strong communication skills 
• Organizational skills. 
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job. 
• Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings. 
• Working knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express 
• High school diploma
