Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a PRN Dietician position.

Qualifications:

· Must be a graduate of an accredited dietician program and registered to practice within the state of Indiana.

· Must have a minimum of one year of work-related experience.

· Must have knowledge of the working environment of a home health or hospice agency, including performing services in a client's home.

· Must have knowledge of the Medicare, regulatory and credential standards and criteria.

· Must be professional, organized and able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing and be capable of making independent decisions relevant to the clients' needs.

· Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
