Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Full-Time Hospice RN On-Call position.

Position Details:

• Full-time Hospice RN On-Call (Weekends) "Day" Shift
• Shift: Friday 5p-11p, Saturday 9a-10p, Sunday 9a-10p
• Marion County, Johnson County, Morgan County and surrounding communites

Job Functions:

• Provide clinical visits and assessments as needed during on-call shift
• Obtains all necessary physician orders and collaborates with physician as patient’s needs dictate.
• Assists in developing a pain management and symptoms management plan to keep the patient as comfortable as possible. Reassess pain and notifies the provider on call when pain is not manageable on the current medications.
• Responds to the physical, mental, social and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and families.

Requirements

Experience:

• One year Hospice experience strongly desired.
• 1 year of RN experience required

Credentials:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Indiana
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
