Paradigm Construction is a commercial general contractor that has been around for 15 years. We’re looking for some hard working individuals to fill some vacancies. Current positions open are: general laborer, skilled laborer, framer, trim carpenter, and field superintendent.
POSITION:
Looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent. Successful candidates must have and be able to complete the following: a minimum of 8-12 years of construction/supervisory experience; must demonstrate the ability to oversee and manage near-term and short-term calendars and jobsite schedules; must be able to driving line-of-effort to meet overall project objectives and end-states; must be able assess, analyze, mitigate and articulate risk and uncertainty to company leadership; must have excellent problem solving, time-management, leadership and communication skills; must be able to read plans, construction documents and project schedules; must be able to function effectively in meeting goals, tasks, and meeting deadlines; must be able to plan, forecast, estimate and communicate jobsite materials and requirements to Project Managers; must be able to collaborate with various construction trades and optimize teamwork; must have the ability to utilize various features in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Project; an associate’s degree Construction Management/Technology or a combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required;
