**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a wide range of delicious Starbucks beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and more, following the highest quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, making them feel at home even while they're on the go.
- Take and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring every cup meets Starbucks' high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and operational at all times.
- Upsell and promote Starbucks products, such as pastries, snacks, and merchandise, to enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation of sales.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience as a barista, preferably in a Starbucks or similar coffee shop environment, is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including very early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet airport security and background check requirements.
