POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail environment.
- Excellent understanding of company standards, processes, policies, and practices.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor a team on customer service and store procedures.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships.
- Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction at all times, both internally and externally.
- Lead by example as a champion of first-class service, providing on-the-job training and guidance to associates.
- Cultivate a positive employee experience focused on quality and engagement.
- Maintain strong working relationships with fellow associates.
- Ensure consistency in performance and standards among store associates through timely coaching and performance management.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance.
- Efficiently handle tasks such as receiving, merchandising, POS operations, and cash handling, addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist with store scheduling and payroll processes as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Serve as a Key Holder, responsible for opening and closing the store when required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
