What We Look For :
Passion for Sales : Demonstrate your selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Customer-Centric : Greet, sell, and thank customers with a smile, putting their needs first.
Visual Merchandising : Maintain store appearance with attention to visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
Tech-Savvy : Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our advanced POS system.
Adherence to Procedures : Follow company policies, maintain a safe working environment, and understand and comply with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
Flexibility : Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Current openings are for the 12 : 45pm - 9 : 15pm shift).
Qualifications :
18 years of age or older
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics
Pass required checks : Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable FAA and Department of Transportation requirements.
