Description
This field-based position reports to the Director of Asset Protection & Safety. This position is a shared service management role that oversees both Dining and Retail operations across multiple regions.
The Regional Asset Protection & Safety Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all Asset Protection and Safety efforts to achieve maximum effectiveness in inventory control and the protection of company assets.
The position is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of Asset Protection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through leadership and influencing skills, compliance auditing, exception reporting, internal investigations and training, and the reduction of worker’s compensation costs through various safety initiatives.
In addition, the Regional Asset Protection & Safety Manager will work closely with the Regional Directors and Platform Managers to increase operational efficiencies and profitability.
