You will report to the Store Manager and assume the duties and responsibilities for the overall store operations in the manager's absence. This is a "working manager" role and you will both supervise and work right alongside the Customer Service Associates (CSAs). Depending on the location, there may be one or two CSAs working during a shift. Your responsibilities will fall into three key areas.
