Par 5 Resort is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent Near Mishicot, WI

Position Summary:
To efficiently welcome and register guests, answer questions about services/amenities, maintains and updates records, obtains payments, and makes reservations to ensure outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Welcome guests upon arrival
  • Register guests by obtaining necessary information and issue room keys
  • Provide concierge duties for guests by answering inquiries regarding the Resort and offerings available in the surrounding area
  • Carry out payment transactions accurately and balance daily sales with receipts
  • Make reservations for guests either in person or over the phone
  • Assist in the management of bank bags and staff deposits
  • Maintain cleanliness all Front Desk/Lobby work and service areas
  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
  • Perform additional responsibilities per the Front Desk Manager
  • Comply with Par 5 Resort policies/procedures
  • Communicate effectively with superiors, peers, & subordinates.
  • Take day-to-day work direction from management
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs alone/60 lbs with help and able to stand and walk for extensive periods of time

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Must be at least 17 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Meet essential job function requirements
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and as business levels dictate
