We are hiring to fill the role of Project Architect/Manager. Immediate openings available - start date of May 1st or sooner.
Applicants should be self-motivated, efficient with minimal direction, deadline oriented, and humble to asking questions. Applicants should have both leadership characteristics and a collaborative mentality. Those who demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn new things / ask questions will thrive well in our small office environment.

Project Architect / Manager Description
· 3-5 years experience
· Professional license preferred, or in pursuit of Licensure
· Professional degree from an accredited Architecture Program
· Experience in all design / project phases
· Experience in project management for Commercial/Multi- Family Construction as well as Residential Construction.
· Advanced understanding of building & zoning codes
· Advanced / Proficient in Industry-wide software such as:
· Autodesk Suite (Emphasis on AutoCAD & Revit)
· SketchUp
· Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
· 3D Rendering in Lumion or similar
· Ability to multi-task and maintain efficient file and document organization
· Adept to managing larger scale projects with a team, and self govern on smaller scale projects
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Salary $70,000 - $90,000 ( Commensurate with experience)
