We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment and will be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer service, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.
• Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed.
• Train and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet customer needs.
• Assist with scheduling shifts for staff.
• Provide feedback to staff on their performance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
