You’ll follow the project manager's directions to help complete the job, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work.

Compensation :

$38,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project
• Make sure to follow all health and safety regulations to ensure you and your crew members don’t suffer any injuries
• Assist tradespeople and heavy equipment workers with plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trade work as needed
• Clean up any tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean worksite
• Remove any trash, debris or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins
• Load and unload tools and supplies needed for each job.

Qualifications :

• Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred
• Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training
• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
• Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance
• Must be able to go up in a man lift, proper safety equipment will be provided.
