Full-Time Client Care Coordinator - GP/UC - Carmel Valley, San Diego

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding client service with a cheerful, positive attitude.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment, where urgent cases will be taken in as they arrive.
• Provide empathetic and helpful interaction to clients, vendors, peers, and managers.
• Have sound judgement regarding prioritization, next steps and in communication with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Function independently and with a team, working together to provide outstanding client service.
• Give and receive feedback in real time.
• Take initiative to improve the client experience and hospital work flow.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year customer service
• Willing and able to work in a changeable environment

• Veterinary Experience preferred

Hourly wage: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 4 hours 5 days a week

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
