Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train employees, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing strategies

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and retail industry trends
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, etc.
- Ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of employees
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Experience in retail sales and achieving sales targets
