Responsibilities:

- Assist the supervisor in managing staff and delegating tasks effectively

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and data entry

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met

- Assist in pricing, marketing, and promoting products

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cash handling and administrative tasks

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Knowledge of payroll procedures is a plus

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse communication needs
