Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt and friendly assistance
- Supervise and train staff members on proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new policies or procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
