Duties / Responsibilities :
- Responsible for restaurant profitability
- Responsible for staffing and people development
- Ensure product quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the maintenance of restaurant image and Papa John’s culture
- Report to directors of operations and directly supervise all restaurant team members.
