Papa John’s Assistant Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all restaurant functions and maintain profitability.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic leader who can inspire pride and accountability in their team.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
• Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the Focus System and executing cash management duties
• Manage inventory levels to minimize loss and maintain adequate supply
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant that complies with safety and security standards

Requirements :

• High School diploma or GED
• Successful and stable employment history
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Proficient in all restaurant positions
• Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
• Experience with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
• Reliable transportation to and from work
