Assistant General Manager (AGM) Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who adheres to guidelines and techniques for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning.

Someone who makes quality products and maintains established holding times.

An ideal AGM contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal. They commit to providing a superior customer experience, including professionally and promptly responding to all customer concerns.

Soliciting, sharing, and utilizing customer feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty is needed.

Following all policies and procedures such as image (including car topper for delivery drivers), attendance, safety and security is expected.

We believe in leading by example.

Further duties include :

• Ensuring adequate shift coverage for restaurant
• Contributing to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System
• Executing cash management duties
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels through accurate counts to minimize loss
