- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee and manage store employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Lead by example and provide guidance to staff on sales techniques and customer interactions
- Assist in employee orientation and training programs
- Manage pricing and ensure accurate pricing of products
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in retail math for inventory management and sales analysis
- Experience in stock management and inventory control
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
