The Retailer Service Specialist (RSS) processes various requests through email and phone from both Lottery and internal customers including Operations, Marketing, Field Service Managers and Technicians.

Responsibilities/Essential functions:

• Schedule and coordinate installation of terminal communications at retailer locations
• Receives and processes change of ownership documentation
• Accesses various reports and analyzes opportunities to improve retailer terminal performance
• Maintains spare vending key inventory and ships replacement keys as requests are received
• Process requests for cash drawer installs and removal
• Inputting of field technician work schedules into Astea
• Responds to email requests from Lottery and Field service log requests
• Chronic retailer escalations
• Equipment relocations
