$14.00 to $20.00 per hour for General Labor based on experience. Off Season (snowy months) Ice Dam removal via steamer. In Season production assistance for roofing, siding, soffits and fascia, and/or gutters, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

• This job is a part-time/full time position.
• Hours are based on projects.
• Availability to company vehicle from office headquarters to job sites is supplied

Duties and responsibilities:

Winter Months

- Remove ice dams using a steamer for several hours at a time from residential and commercial sites.

- Must be available in inclement weather.

- Must have access to text messaging used to alert snow removal personnel of anticipated call up.

In Season (40 Degree weather)

- Assist in the production in roofing, siding, soffits and fascia, and gutters.

- Monitoring crews

- Following processes

- Ensuring Material is accurate

- Ensuring jobsite remains and is clean during and after production

- Reporting any issues with production

- Gutter Cleaning and Pressure washing

• Starting at schedule time, ending after production is complete for the day

• Basic Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Familiarity with tools

• Driver's License (Required)

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
