We are seeking a Sales And Design Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Sales Manager
• Assist Sales Manager with ordering of products (provide clarification on what needs to be ordered, as needed)
• Communicate customer needs / expectations to Sales Manager to make jobs go smoothly
• Follow-up with all customers after job completion to be sure they are satisfied
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Complete outside measurements and figure materials

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in flooring sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented

MUST HAVE FLOORING EXPERIENCE.
