Panera Bread is actively looking to expand our Maintenance Technician team for the Tampa market. As a technician you would perform general café repairs, servicing equipment and address facility concerns while partnering with our café teams to ensure our restaurant operations are set up for success.
Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain and Repair various equipment and facilities within our Panera Bread Franchise
-Be proactive in communication thru online logs
-Painting, preventative maintenance, HVAC repairs, tile repair, installation and repair equipment, Carpentry and Tile work.
-Performs on-call emergency service only as required
-Review and track materials and inventory
-Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with customers, coworkers and the general public, at all times, on or off the property.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Hands on attitude
-Great verbal and written communication skills
-Communication
.-Excellent organization and time management skills
-Flexibility working both individually or within a team setting
-Ability to travel locally with company provided vehicle
-Able to maintain bakery café equipment as well as the exterior and interior appearance
-Electrical, painting, plumbing, tile work, installation, and problem solving experience
-Clean Driving Record -Must be able to pass a background check
-Experience working with restaurant equipment is preferred
