If you have experience with residential window cleaning using squeegees and water-fed poles, this could be for you. We are a leader in the residential market in the surrounding area. Our window cleaning division performs window cleaning, pressure washing, chandelier polishing, and gutter cleaning. Our team members have a passion to serve and take great pride in the work we do. Job responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to:
-Implement the company mission, vision, and values
-Serve our clients with excellent communication, customer service, and quality work
-Make sure your company vehicle maintains a "show ready” appearance
-Arrive on time and be in company uniform, neatly groomed
-Attend company meetings, promotional, and/or social events
-Work with customers throughout the work order to ensure an excellent customer experience
-Complete preparation, cleaning work, and clean up using the latest and best equipment
-Drive, maintain, and stock a company truck
-Perform services including window cleaning, pressure washing, chandelier polishing, and gutter cleaning
-Use ladders accordingly up to 32 feet
-Complete training for Aerial and Scissor lifts
-Train and coach new hires

-Make sure your company vehicle maintains a "show ready” appearance

-Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
-Comfortable using a 32’ ladder for ladder work when necessary
-Must complete a background check
-Experience required
