Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory control, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train, coach, and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store policies
- Conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and provide ongoing performance feedback
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels through effective ordering and stock management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in store management with a strong background in inventory control
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting
