PanCare Health is seeking experienced LPN to work in a Telehealth clinic at an assigned school in Walton County. This is not a REMOTE opportunity.

Telehealth nurses will assume responsibilities for following and enforcing school policies and procedures affecting employees' and students' health, safety, and well-being in the School Telehealth setting. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate and experienced with various business machines (copy, scan, fax, etc.) and EMR systems. Work directly with PanCare corporate leadership to ensure positive results and success in the School Tele-health program. Strong Medical/Clinic Background a PLUS
