We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full-time, on-site team members at our new, state-of-the-art factory located in the thriving city of DeSoto, Kansas.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate and track international and domestic shipping timely and accurately.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with cross organizational teams to monitor key milestones of each shipment.
• Work with origin team to obtain essential importing documents such as BOL, packing list, and ISF.
• Coordinate interplants transfers.
• Provide inbound volume visibility for Operation team.
• Track bills and invoices to ensure accuracy of submittals.
• Perform analysis for Logistics KPIs.
• Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers related to Logistics moves.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

• To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees’, wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred

Education:

• Basic/Required: Bachelor’s degree.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5 years of Logistics or Supply Chain experience
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular)
• Attention to detail.
