Our company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with work experience and preferably a college degree. This position requires a person who can support our overseas logistics, provide cross-department services and fulfill daily quote inquiries. This ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, be a quick learner, detail oriented, a team player and responsible for supporting daily operations. Bilingual preferred (ENGLISH/MANDARIN/ or other South-Asian Language).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Logistics in daily assignments
- Assist the inside sales department for overseas quotations
- Work as part of a team
- Communicate with staff members and suppliers, sometimes in Chinese/Mandarin
- File documents and keep records
- Manage multiple records at one time
- Take initiative and responsibility for tasks
- Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite is desired
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
