Job Description :
As the Sales Support / AR Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including order entry, customer service, and account receivables management.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Managing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate order entry
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing account receivables and ensuring timely payments from customers
- Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 4 - 7 years of experience in sales support or account receivables management in a manufacturing or automotive industry
